All
products sold as NEW carry the Original Equipment
Manufacturers (OEM) warranty.
This
Limited Warranty applies in the United States and Canada to
USED/REFURBISHED Computer Products distributed by
NetSentric, Inc. and manufactured by various Original
Equipment Manufacturers (OEM).
Terms of
Warranty
NetSentric,
Inc. warrants that the Hardware Product you have purchased
is free from defects in materials or workmanship under
normal use during the specified warranty period. The
warranty period commences on the date of your purchase
order. This warranty extends to your company, the
original purchaser, and is not transferable to anyone who
subsequently purchases the Hardware Product from you.
All Hardware Products sold as USED or REBURBISHED carry a
warranty period of 90 days.
All
Used/Refurbished Equipment Comes with a 90-Day Warranty
We're
hard to please when it comes to quality control. When we
receive a previously rented or leased computer or
peripheral, we check it out thoroughly. And before we sell
it, we completely evaluate the product - we perform a
functional diagnostic test, clean the hard drive (if
applicable) and cosmetically inspect and clean the item. So
when you get it, it works. Period. No Certificates of
Authenticity or Media Provided with the Sale of
Used/Refurbished Equipment (unless stated otherwise).
To
return or exchange Used/Refurbished product(s), you must
call NetSentric, Inc. at (866)-451-2494 or contact
us via email to receive a Return Materials Authorization
(RMA). You must, at your expense, ship the returned or
exchanged product(s) to NetSentric, Inc. in their original
packaging and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss
or damage during shipment. The returned or exchanged
product(s) must be accompanied by the original sales invoice
and an RMA Number must appear on the exterior of the
package. Exchanges must be exchanged for products of
equal or greater value.
Customer
has the right to return the product in the condition in
which it was received within five calendar days from date of
receipt (5 DAY RIGHT OF REFUSAL). Product damaged in transit
(by shipping company) shall not be considered as part of
this term. Customer is responsible for transportation cost.
Notebook
(Laptop) batteries are sold AS-IS and not to be considered
part of any warranty issued by NetSentric, Inc.
During
the specified warranty period, NetSentric, Inc. will replace
or refund the purchase price of the Hardware Product once it
has been verified as the original Product sold. This
Limited Warranty does not extend to any Product not
purchased from NetSentric, Inc. This Limited Warranty
also does not extend to any Product that has been damaged or
rendered defective (a) as a result of accident, misuse, or
abuse; (b) by operation outside the usage parameters; (c) as
a result of service by anyone other than NetSentric,
Inc. NetSentric, Inc. is not responsible for damage to
or loss of any programs, data, or removable storage media.
EXCEPT AS
EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY, NETSENTRIC, INC. MAKES
NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NETSENTRIC, INC EXPRESSLY
DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED IN THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED
BY LAW ARE LIMITED TO THE TERMS OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED
WARRANTY.
Limitation
of Remedy
NetSentric,
Inc. is not liable for any damages caused by the Product or
the failure of the Product to perform, including any lost
profits, lost savings, incidental damages, or consequential
damages. NetSentric, Inc. is not liable for any claim
made by a third party or made by you for a third
party. This limitation cannot be waived or amended by
any person. This limitation of liability will be
effective even if NetSentric, Inc. has been advised by you
of the possibility of any such damages.
